Please be aware that because we are an Internet / mail order-based company, we do not have set office hours. We will respond to your message (whether by telephone or e-mail) as quickly as possible. Please don't drop in unexpectedly. We aren't set up as a retail walk-in store. Effective October 1, 2007 we no longer have local pick ups due to several factors beyond our control.
